HelpHelp with setting up Valor Server

Hey,

So I have tried to make my Privat Server from the Valor Source, following this tutorial: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1451373 . But At the point where go to Modules and then WebMain, i coudlnt follow it anymore and after alot of researching I still couldnt find a solution.
