Grimoire 3.8 Not Opening

So I downloaded both Grimoire 3.8+ and the Grimoire 3.8.

I tried both and Grimoire 3.8+ works fine, however, Grimoire 3.8 is not working. Whenever I open it, it just loads and then I see a Grimoire icon in the taskbar, then it will not open and nothing will happen. See this image: https://imgur.com/a/88KxHGw

bump. anyone got any ideas?

it's just weird that grimoire 3.8+ works fine and 3.8 is not.

Try to reinstall everything Grimoire need..
Net framework, flash player etc.

What I did was remove the Plugin folder inside the Grimoire folder.

I think the "auto-load plugin" from Grimoire 3.8 is the problem.
