SolvedGrimoire 3.8+ Won't load

Im trying to use Grimoire 3.8+ and it won't load up at all i've done the flash thing to hopefully make it work but it doesn't but Grimoire retro works perfectly fine and runs without any problems does anyone know how to fix this?
