i tested this on windows 7 32 Bit.
it failed.
and yes i did run as admin.
i think it only works in a 64 Bit computer

I think its connected to a server that auto updates as you add new versions..... but thats my guess :\

I've seen unpatchable chamms and stuff before, but they used special passwords and stuff to access them though, but i've seen them.
