basicly get faiths injector and if ur using 32bit windows or 64bit choose the injector to inject that file but dont touch any settings. if it inject succesfully it will show how to use the hack and it will take u to the mpgh homepage.

Use Faith injector and see if your O.S. is 32bit or 64bit, depending what is yours use the right hack.
