when i start CA the hach sheild comes up nd finishes then it says " an error has occurred with the hack prevention function. (error code=204)?????

lol...even when im not hacking it still appears
1: Download a registry cleaner and install it.
2: Open the registry cleaner and scan you computer for free.
3: Click fix button and your done.
