If you're thinking of making hacks just stick with C++, it's just going to be a hassle learning the C++ syntax after programming in VB for a while.

You can make injectors and spammers with C++.

Wait before you decide so quickly, I didn't mean to bring down VB so much. It's just that, if you want hacks to be your end result out of this, C++ would probably be the best option. That all depends on what else you want to do, what you told me was kind of vague cause I highly doubt the only thing you'll be making is multi tools and injectors... But yeah, if it's purely for hacks C++ is definitely the way to go.

As for an IDE, Microsoft Visual C++ Express 2008, it's free.

Start by doing an injector and a spammer and after start to do hacks. It is way more easy doing an injector and a spammer with Visual Basic than a hack with C++.

I made a nice spammer for this guy, compiles perfect in MSVC++ 2008 Express (What I used). If you have any problems with it, or any questions you can pm me. I can code anything hypothetically, but I am still technically learning C++. (just functions and stuff)

Btw: I suggest C++, VB is fucking annoying. I hate it.
