on alteriwnet's page, click on downloads, and get to the downloads section and download the Mp rip (multiplayer rip) sadly, they dont include Sp files D: And jus download patch. Extract to mw2 directory. Start iw4mp.exe let updater do its thing and u shud b set.

It worked for me first time I tried, 1.3.37a.
At 1.3.37 was a bit more difficult, but I solved it quick.

That's the one I have. You have to update it.
