Well, I saw this idea on a Request a Mod Thread, and here it is. Recommended to play in Search and Destroy

Description:
Did you ever want to play a Sniper only lobby with your friends but people always use stuns, or assault rifles or even hardscope? Well, now you can block all of that and use this mod! Includes:
Intervention w/ extended mags and FMJ
Sleight of hand Pro
Stopping power
Steady Aim Pro
No Hardscope - you have 0.6 seconds to shoot while scoped in.
Improved No scope - Reduced No Scope accuracy, useful for close-range Combats
Throwing Knife - Throwing knife that refills every 30 seconds
No Jump - So bunny hoppers cant dodge bullets and no 360 bullshit
Added some special DVARS effect
No Killstreaks
Reduced Sway for easier Quick Scope
No Planting
No recoil, easier to No Scope
NOTE: i am sorry but i dont think i need a screenshot for this, it doesnt have anything special

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A HARD SCOPE & A QUICK SCOPE
Hardscopers tend to scope in and scan for ppl. once target is located, the drag their scope to the target and pull the trigger like a madman until the targets last stand is no more.
Quickscoping is different becuz it take a bit of skill. u must line up the crosshairs on the target. the only reason ppl wud ever have to scope in (quickscopers) is if they have already located their target.
hardscopers do it from a medium to long range. quick scopers do it form small to medium range
I mean the shot should be right after u scope in like .1 millisecond after or even before that so u can see the scope for like a quarter of a second then scope out thats why it's a QUICK scope.
