Sig Rules?

Why Dont We have Sig Rules Ive Seen so many useRs With very long Sig's & its spaming the Post because its too long Most Of The Forums have that Rule But We Dont Why?
(THE RULE IS SIG CANT BE LONG AS 500 CHRACTERS)

We do have a sig rule, which is no hella long sig.
It's kinda implied.
