4 sure, no reload mod ha kinda funny is that even possible? Just wondering that seems odd, u may be able to mod it but the bullet during the reload time will do no damage

It's not possible to hex edit no recoil, but you can slow down the rof so that the gun settles back down before it fires again.

(I think this is only for guns that shoot bullets, in which you only remove the animation) so, if anyone is smart enough to find the rez file that has the actual ammo clip and modify it to reload instantly, then great!
If someone manages to do that, I think they can make a infinente ammo mod/hack, which is *cough* non-MPGH VIP exclusive
