Does it say what you are missing. MSVCR100.dll maybe.

update your direct X,
and if it still says your missing something, then google it and download it.

do you have a error on a dll file?
post the error so people can help with the specific problem

Calm Down, just install the .dll file your missing. There was a thread that had them, don't know if it's still up, but if not, just google it.
