Do i have to Jailbreak my Ipod to get Custom Themes ?

Depends on what gen. you have, I think the new Ipod Touch has themes, not really sure.

Custom Themes (I.e. sounds, lock screens, icons, other side mods yes needs an App Called Winterboard)
Basic themes. (Wallpaper and icons no, you can remake the icons with special tutorials)
