It turns out i need a credit card

Im just 14 and well i dont have one.

SO im kinda screwd. But hey at least i have $5 that i cant do shit with.

How I'm supposed to pay a scout with a paypal account. I'm pretty sure they don't accept that payment. And I don't watch pronz so no.

What about a website that sells nx cards? but you'll have to get $10 for that D:
Or get a prepaid visa card at your shop then put it onto paypal as your credit card... ( not entirely sure )

You can't ignore a credit card, NX card yes, credit card no.

Any thing bought with a card you'll have to pay money to pay off the interests.
