It's a render with text. He didn't even do anything to it.

No. The only thing I used from it was the render. You do not need permission to use a publicly available render.

never mind the request is over no need for debate, i see your point crazy but its still layer rip because it came from that sig, so unless you went out and found the render it could still be classed as rip.
