Menus won't open or close

When I try out any of the menu hacks, such as Scorpoistak's or MrSkafighter's, their menus either start open and won't close or they start closed and won't open, a.k.a. I can't open/close menus on my pc. I am running Windows 7x64 and seem to have this problem on basically all hacks. Thanks for any help you can give.

Most likely its not you its the hack.

they are patched i think so yeah don't waste your time trying over and over again wait for a new one to come out
