If you want to get all technical, Combat Arms does not use the "real" LTC (the one from the Jupiter Engine) - it uses a modified one. Based on that, there is no "real" LTC in Combat Arms at all.

i think the term comes from the file name was just shorten

iltclient some one shortened it to ltc ......so ya just a pointer to the class.....so infact it is right but who cares if you know what it is doing name it
