Try running the cracks instead of the game shortcuts. IE the cracks you copy+pasted. Also, make sure you over-wrote everything in the game's folder with what was in the crack folder.
have you copied over the steam files too?
and if yes, there may be a DLL file in your main folder that says something like STEAMGAMESTART.xxx delete (or drag out) that one, that fucked it all up for me.

what steam files? and how i open dll files?
you shouldnt have to do anything with them. Run the cracks that you copied out of the crack folder, instead of the shortcuts the game put there.

You sure you copied all the files from the skidrow folder on the iso? because mine works fine.
