i got them to work but somone expalin wat they do?

i open this with CE 5.4 and i also open chams and chams doesnt seem to work =/

the ct works tho

Try opening CE 5.4 after you get into CA.

The blacked out weapons hack doesn't have a static address. I've tried four different methods of finding it, and they've all failed.
