My GPU is fine, i turned the fan up, its working fine

If you have to turn the fan % for it to be normal there's something wrong with it.

i don't know. check the fans/mobo for dust?

Maybe whats your PSU?

I still say a good lube-up of all the parts with arctic silver is the best solution. It always needs more lube.
