Look guys, I imagine even without being a GM there's a ton of loopholes in this game... I'm not 100% sure if there's a new command that they're using to create items or if it's something that's injected. But I am still pretty sure that there is a way... Just like I was pretty sure those luck rings weren't fake!

On that note I can't test anything yet because I'm waiting until the smoke clears (For some reason I seem to be the only one with a brain about this, maybe it's because of my MMO experience) Soon as it does, then I'll start working diligently (not that I haven't been brainstorming). Regardless, I don't think I'd even be willing to release it or anything else to the public for that matter... I didn't understand why this community was the way it is with a select inner ring... But after I've been here, I can clearly see... Generally hacking communities are helpful, and very productive. This isn't a community, there are maybe 10 people that help each other out... Everyone else just leeches...

You do bring up a good point, but the luck rings were created when the command wasn't patched and normal players could still create items. What I'm talking about is HD and seifer spreading bullshit about how they are a father-son GM team or whatever.

Good luck getting item creation, we've implemented a server check cs_giveitem commands, as well as the fact send_item_mail will get you nothing, even if you knew the correct variables because the item does not exist in your inventory, it will not send. Luckily for my son I've made certain he is able to do it still.

Point being on that, do YOU have any proof otherwise? I mean we could have the same argument about whether Jesus Christ really rose from the dead... You have your arguments and they have theirs... Pics can be faked, but the way I see it. A man is only as good as his word, do they have any particular reason to lie?

Yes actually, there are three situations possible here.

A) HD and seifer are the same person, and "they" are spreading this around to lengthen "their" e-peens.

B) HD and seifer and two different people communicating through a private method (Steam, AIM, etc.) and doing this hoax to lengthen their e-peens.

C) The most unlikely, they are actually telling the truth, which I highly doubt.

I'm also quite annoyed by this. Not only that, it's my inability to prove that I'm not some twit who will spread hacks around to everyone as soon as he learns them that irks me even more. I would love to help but the constant carrot-on-a-stick thing we have going here is aggravating. I don't know where to start if all anyone says is "Well, look for yourself."

Back on topic, with how much I've seen go through this forum, I'm sure there's a workaround for the item creation block. The majority of Nexon doesn't seem that well versed in hack protection as they think they are.

You know the reason Nexon server's were pulled as soon as the command was posted on these forums? Because I lurk here, that is why. My son can back me up on this one for sure. Anyways going to go grab some coffee. This maintenance going to kill me.

Looks like we'll find out if this is true in due time, as I'll be the next one to have a break through. either way if I get it working, or if I determine there really are server checks. (Which there very well may be, but if I do get it working that ends your terrible joke. and if I don't... that ends your terrible joke, as no way a "GM" can change the check to ensure a user can use the command, that would require someone on the development team (Or with database access as I still stand by my point saying that they just edited the stored procedure in the database, if they did anything)

I personally find this drama totally stupid and I wish you two would cut it so I could find out ahead of time what is legit and what is bullshit so I don't spend all this time, but hey shit happens.

That's the idea, you have to put fourth the effort instead of just getting hand fed... I understand for anyone that doesn't have the inner knowledge of games it gets frustrating (Even with myself) The idea as with most programming is Trial and Error... Eventually, if you stick with it and know enough about what's going on you'll figure out the solution... Think like excessively hard math problem, that may take days to solve. However, you're a mathematician so you've got the basic background to get started, just putting fourth the time and effort to succeed is the issue. That's kind of like this, the item creation was put out in front of everyone... The first cvar had it wrote in there, all you had to do was type it in and try it... If people couldn't figure that out, then this will be much more complex to find. because the parameters aren't just simply [command] [itemID] [color]

Exactly what I've seen since I began lurking here.

"IF" There is no relation, one of the two are extremely good coders (or both) and can tell what's going on in the game just by checking databases... Again, I fully believe it's legit... Because this game isn't near as complex as say WoW or something to break... I mean for fucks sake they left the console in the game...
