What about a description of what it does?

My guess is it puts the correct signature back on the hfs files after you've edited it and re-packed it.

Then it would be quite useful

so with this thing we would be able to edit those double protected files like the one that contains item_data.txt ?

No. Infact it's 100% impossible not even H_D can do it. It's added to the server side list of nono commands. That and every other possible command to do it.

but i can edit protected hfs files with it ?
that means : changing some values and then happy cheating?

The /actual/ server not your local server does the checks on those commands.

The server doesn't check on things like modified skills or enemies, so you can set everything to max and make all enemy break-offs trigger just by brushing against them and everyone will be able to see it.
