CS:S questions about hacking
I was thinking of buying CS:S as a legit multiplayer game that I can play when I get tired of hacking the hell out of Combat Arms.
I wanted to know if I was gonna be a game that is like Combat Arms where there are so many hackers that if you find a legit game, you get an award.
So who better to ask then the hackers themselves?
1. About 1 in every how many players is a hacker in CS:S (Combat Arms is ...well everyone's a hacker there, nobody actually plays legit)?
2. If I go onto a good server with a lot of players, how likely am I going to get super-rapid-fire-knife-nuked by a guy 1000 feet deep in the ground every time I spawn?
3. Are hackers able to unban their accounts?
4. If I decide that I want to hack CS:S, is it going to be a pain in the ass with a 90% chance of ban or is it going to be so easy a baby could do it?
5. I know TF2 (Source engine multiplayer game also) has the occasional aimbot which gets banned so fast it makes people's head swim, is it the same for Counter Strike: Source?
6. How many players are likely to have less visible hacks, such as chams and double-damage weapons?
7. Again, am I going to buy the game to play a legit game just to get sniped by hackers from mars?
8. Would you recommend this game as easy hacking fun or a legit multiplayer shooter?
Again, I don't think hackers are assholes...hell, I'm a hacker, but I want a modern multiplayer shooter that I can play legit without hacks. I stupidly thought Battlefield 2 would work for this...and that's when I learned my lesson that buying games assuming they are unhacked is stupid.
(Nobody told me that tanks could fly and shot rapid fire death star rays.)
