code::blocks is what i use. Its pretty decent, especially considering its free.
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 is currently one of the best. I'm trying to learn C++, so I downloaded this from a torrent somewhere. It's really good, no viruses, etc. I forgot the link but I'll look through my history I know I have it somewhere...
I'm using Visual Studio 2008.
I'd Say Microsoft C++ 2008 is the best, it may have a slow complier but it still is better than dev or java.
xDDDD
NooT...LOL
Folks, nothing costs money in the land of torrent. Just get the best one out, Microsoft Visual Studios 2008 Professional Edition.
Because it didnt say "Which compiler is best for hacking", i voted gnu gcc, because I am a big fan of linux/open source.
