No, it's a screenshot that is being sent. If it were a video, you would lag longer than 5 seconds. They basically take a screenshot of EXACTLY what you're seeing, and send it in.

Because uS Vip hacks are HWID tied, meaning, if I gave to anyone out here, when they opened it, it would say
"ERROR: HWID NOT REGISTERED"
and become unresponsive.

If it were a video that would get you banned, why is it an insta-ban when you're reported using visuals? BECAUSE IT TAKES A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR SCREEN. It's futile arguing with you, you never accept defeat, only argue further.
Yes, it does say "MOVIE" but it basically means gameplay. If it were a movie, you would not lag for 5-10 seconds, but rather a larger portion (probably 30 seconds) to collect footage.

Use logic and common sense, would you rather look at a 10-30-60 second video to determine if someone is hacking, or look at a single picture to tell?

Ijji is cheap, they would rather use the fastest method to determine legitimacy, which is the screenshot.

It could be because you're using mods (such as myself) like blue smoke (which I've uploaded to the SF General section) and when you get reported, you're not looking at it, so ijji doesn't see the mod, so no ban. That's why the report system is up, if there's >1 hacker, report them both.
