Posts is better.
Thanks is way better because when you release a hack you get many times thanked. No one release no one get in elite section.

The thing suggesting i'm saying is make it secretly. Allow hacking teams people in it and people who past 1337. So no one will spam because they wouldn't know it's there.Good idea?
