Help PLEASE!

Help me guyz when ever i try to run a hack or a loader or BypassXtrap it gives me an error saying that "Windows cannot access the specified device,path or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item" I tried running it as ADMIN but nothing happened. I also changed the compatibility but no effects took place.
