VB 2010 Game Hacking

hi guys i couldent find anywhere how to put into a trainer made with vb 2010 changing codes like when i use CE and find my address and then read what writes to this address i need that same kind of action in my trainer so when the game starts the hack still works instead of having to put a new code into it again from ce

look around....might find something on this forum?...
