it's not a virus dangers, but say it's anti-virus, do not worry about it
_ sometimes if you like hack work, you must turn off anti-virus

I assure you the file is clean. Set an exception, or turn your anti virus off if you'd like to use it.

I have Eset Nod32 As well, just turn it off when you want to use the hack and it will work fine.
Like Jamal said add exception or turn anti virus off.

But then its your choice.
