Smash if you use Photo Shop, there is tut here you can follow, and learn how to do different effects. Just take a look around, there's a good bit of advice posted/stickied.
Hmm, you could've done a little bit of brushing and fucked with the lighting and other stuff a little bit. Since its ur first, 6/10.
