Injection Problems

OK, so. I Ran Perx as Admin, Changed Gunz to Engine.exe, Seleted the file i wanted to inject... and no matter which i hack i try to use... i get the message when it trys to inject------
-Engine.exe- Unable to locate component.
"This Application has failed to start Because d3dx9_43.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I downloaded d3dx9_43.dlland put it into my Combat arms/Game Folder and it seemed to go into it... But when i tried to put in into my system32 folder. it wouldnt let me..... Its still doesnt work Anyone know why?
