screen shot of your problem? i dont understand.
Turn off any av when you run cf just to be sure. 
Try running cf as admin if you haven't already.
Run Windows Update and update everything.
Make sure you close any programs that might be conflicting with CF.
If none of the above help reinstall cf.

my virus protection didn't block cf hacks
i use Hack Tool Remover to run bypass * as admin *

reinstall like 100 times >.<

if u play with hack this problem from your hack and if no , re-install CF and use CCleaner
Make sure you're firewall isn't blocking it too.

DDDDDI THINK THIS PROBLEM IS DEPEND OF HACKS, CAUSE WHEN I USE GM.Coders it gives me ERROR! but when i use Beta_NV it doesn't gives me error so...yaa.
