Hacks with bypass or without bypass? 
It happens to every hack you use? Also, did you used other hacks?

turn off the esp finction befor join in game then turn them in game and when you join second time turn off them then again turn on in game ... and press thanks
Hacks with bypasses are having way to many problems now days...
Use hacks with only injectors and dll's.
That is all.

Problem with the bypasses, you will have to wait someone release a working bypass. And We can't exactly do something about your problem now.
