Recently i've been seeing heaps of people getting +12 ( every 10mins ) and check these screen shots out.

He's prob just mass buying +11 and +12 equips and enhancing them. 
2 in a row is pretty easy if you have like 20 equips ready to enhance.

It is possible he used a geode.
Hmmm has anyone tried packet editing with enhancements?
where is this cause na nexon dose not have jellys out yet u cant get that lucky with 12items or so he +12'd alot of stuff that sao guy inpossible. without jellys its actually not that easy to +12 that many items.

OP you shouldve stated the time between those screen, because luck is not there hell getting to +9 is risky enough lol

Just a curiosity: was SH added with or without raising the level cap?
It is also possible he is failing his enhances, that after 12, he goes for 13, and it drops the level of his weapon, so he has to get it back to 12.
