Mine's this way:

3-6 > Kindergarten
6-9 > Primary school (1st to 4th grades)
10-11 > Secondary school (5th to 6th)
12-17 > High School (7th to 12th)
18-23 > Bachelor
24-25 > Master
26-.... > PHD
