MW2 Liberation Help

Hi, I want to use this hack/mod/cheat to create a cheat free enviroment within my lobby, meaning that I want to force myself host and make sure wallhackers/aimbotters are not making people leave.

Today, I launched Liberation, and I realized something was wrong when I killed someone, I got a holographic sight, and Sleight of Hand Pro. Would there happen to be a way to disable these upgrades with one kill? I just want to host a normal lobby, not a challenge lobby.
