HELP!!!!!!

Never smack your Laptop... Smack the person next to it...

By smaking your Laptop's keyboard, you damaged/disconnected a part of it... Your lucky it even boots...

Go and buy a soldering iron because you will probably need one for this, get some thin solder but get some that is also heavy duty.

When you have done this, take the screws out of your laptop and take the entire back panel off, being careful to put the screws somewhere safe as you do so.

Then when you have done this, you will need to remove the metal plating around the motherboard. Once again, carefully take the screws out and put them somewhere safe but don't get them mixed up with the case screws.

When everything is off, you should be staring at your motherboard with everything on it.

You need to identify any loose components such as resistors, capacitors, wires etc.

Turn your soldering iron on and wait for it to get hot.

Finally, proceed to carefully (AND I MEAN CAREFULLY) solder each wire and component back into place. Once this is done then you should put the metal plating back on and then the case for the laptop.

This should solve your problem for you, I hope this helped.

@Impulse what about that noise... i mean does a certain part make that noise? and if i went to the repair shop how much would it cost round about?

@lewis188 What does the noise actually sound like? The cost of repairing will not be cheap I presume, and it depends on the problem as well, they will overcharge you like all places do...it will be so much cheaper if you can do it yourself.
