so i recently joined the server, under the name XXGWBushXX2, and it seems pretty cool, but sadly im not able to login on this account because its got the ® in the name and the login doesnt register that... hahaha the login doesnt register the ®egister symbol

What? You don't need a program to open it lol, you navigate to your system 32, just like how arun posted ._. And the location of your hosts file depends on your system.

no he uses notepad, once you open the file it asks you which program you would like to use to open it, notepad is suggested becaus its a simple text editor
