When I try running a hack this shows up what dose it mean? and yes I have downloaded all the .dll files that are needed 
Did you make Sure you have the correct .Dll In your Combat Arms folder / System32 Folder?

Also Try fixing your Registry
If this Error still comes back up Im able to TeamView from 4:30pm - 2:00am
