The login_bg isn't the problem. The files in UI_Login are messed up. Try to redownload those files from somewhere, I'm pretty sure there's an attachment in the modding section with all those files. Just use the files that aren't login_bg to overwrite it. If it still occurs, reinstall Cross Fire and put the login_bg you want back in. Should go back to normal.
