It doesn't actually physically glow. His (or her) Anti-Alias is probably at 8x

Make a line>blending options>outer glow>play around (experiment)>DONE.
I never actually tried using the outer glow effect on guns because i didn't think it would turn out to well.

Glow is so easy lol, just play around with the outer glow. I'm not telling the glow color I use, but I can tell you my feather radius is 8.
Sometimes, if the line is thin, u can also use the shadow, I just reduce the distance away from the glow to zero, and change color of shadow

I'll make a tutorial someday for new modders to produce smexy glows as well.

And no, it does actualy glow, my anti-alias is set to 0x, too much lag lol(but all my other effects are set to max)

I'm not a new modder. I've just never seen this glow effect done before and it looks really cool.

the glow effect is actually really easy. im surprised none of you guys know how to and the noob modders do lmao.
