shit pc freezing

My computer is starting to freeze and shit. Im scared it might f up real bad soon. What should i do?
should i save important things and reformat.
and how do i reformat without windows os cd

Download a Windows 7 64 Bit OS CD off a torrent site then backup and format.

Yup torrent windows 7 write down if windows 7 key/serial if you have it legit.. Then just reformat considering you put it on the forum I guess you dunno jack about viruses?

just scanned 50% then gave up xD 1 infected file from a torrented "not working" black ops file.

Run CC Cleaner, do a full virus scan with a torrented copy of Malwarebytes (I'll PM you one if you need it) and then run Hijackthis and post the logs here, then some whitehat should be able to help (maybe @x.navi.x

Well, My pc makes me reformat every few months. I just press f11 during the bootup and it gives me options. Didn't have to put in any CD.
