Another virus? really getting pissed now... I mean everytime I reformat something goes wrong

yesterday i spilt tea on my mouse, this caused the mouse wheel to malfunction, because of this when i tried to view/press the buttons on chrome, it would open a new tab. if you press the moue wheel down when u try to press the back refresh and forward buttons you will see that it will open a new tab

edit: same thing for firefox (well it was becuase of my mouse)
time to find all the stuff i had on my pc again!
edit#2 btw when i say the mouse wheel malfunctioned I mean it got stuck so whenever i clicked i was doing mousewheel and click.
