I have a problem with my account when I try to connect it says "You cannot connect to the game right now, please submit a Customers Service ticket on the website" (did that) am I banned? what message will I get if i'm banned?

You may be under suspicion.

There lately was a post on the official forums about someone getting exactly the same message and it turned out it was a temp ban for the gm's so check the logs....when they found what they were looking for....he got banned permanently.
