Error When i open loadib!!!!

Guys when i open the loadib..it gives me this Error i dont know why...it used to work in the past..:

Try to use this dll, I think you need to place it in system32.
msvcr100.dll free download - DLL-files.com

It's already in cf folder..! and there is msvcr100d.dll with it
