Error When i open loadib!!!!

Guys when i open the loadib..it gives me this Error i dont know why...it used to work in the past..:

Try to use this dll, I think you need to place it in system32.
msvcr100.dll free download - DLL-files.com

Maybe that programm which u using,isn't work correct.
Maybe you need some files like,Microsoft Runtime error of framework4.NET

make your own LoadLib!!!

compile loadlib yourself...
