speed help

my computer is slow. i just got it fixed and it was pretty fast when i got it fixed (it was wiped) but it was still not as fast as ild like it but combat arms ran really well. now about 3-4 days later it is running like SHIT i have only downloaded ca. everything is slow. ca loads very slow and i lag and windows in general is slow. ca used to be fast a couple of days ago. WHAT WENT WRONG? HOW DO I FIX IT? something other than "get a new comp" would be useful. :-) if you can make me lagless. i would be willing to pay a dose of 25k karma coins (nx) plz help pm me or comment below.
