Making A Form Open When Injecting DLL

I'm used to VB coding alot and im slowly transitioning to C++. Hehe After Effects will always be unbeatable. Well i'm wondering when a DLL is injected, how do i make it show a form like windowsform.?

C++ does not use Windows Forms unless you are using CLI and then then Process you are injecting to must have .NET Framework loaded into it even if you did try to inject somehow...
