HELP ME PLEASE CHARGEBACK

My account has been closed by chargeback. Today I decided to finally pay which the cost is $21.50. I wanted to pay with paypal but I don't know how to actually pay them back. Anyone know?

Thank you. Answer asap because i really want to start playing again.

On their Terms and Conditions, they have stated a Chargeback Policy.

^This is directly the policy. Looks like you'll need to mail the money here, along with a $10 additional fee.
