I already have it set as "false"

And if you connect to your server (localhost) then you recieve thid error (user ot prmium)????!!!

Do you mind posting a ss with your server.properties file open + a ss while you run the server (the black window thing) (especially the beginning of the log would be interesting)?
Btw where did you download the server from?

wait...do you mean this?

-Open server.properties file, take a SS of it.
-Run the bukkit (run.bat), then open Minecraft, try logging in server? Take SS?

@non ame well...here's my SS of server.properties file.

Ok thank you. No start your server (run.bat) then a black window (cmd.exe) should appear. If it is done loading then scroll to the the top and take a ss. Uhm where did you download the server files from?

Here's the SS of the cmd.exe thing.

I just downloaded this bukkit folder from a youtube video, then deleted some plugins, and changed some properties.

Hmm strange...
The last thing I could recommend is:
1 Delete your whole bukkit folder.
2 Create a new folder
3 Download the latest recommended bukkit build (If you want I can PM you the link)
4 Create the Run.bat file
5 Let the server create the needed file
6 Set online mode to false
7 Connect to the server and see if it works
