.ff file decrypt

Is it possible to increase the volume of the steps in the file loacalized_common_mp.ff ? I can't decrypt this file...whether somebody heard about footsteps sound hack in aIW?

I don't think there's a hack for that

i mean, whether somebody decrypted localized_common_mp.ff?

Can't you open it in FFviewer? Also, replace the soundfile/ change the level with a memory editor?
